Shipping policy

At Everglow™, we work to get every order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, and order volume. While most orders arrive much sooner, in rare circumstances an order may take up to 45 days to arrive.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Everglow™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once tracking becomes available, you can use your tracking information to follow your shipment. Tracking updates may occasionally take a few business days to appear.

Multiple Packages
Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. If this happens, your packages may arrive on different days.
